Responsibilities
- Support game and event night operations, including executing in-game experiences and promotions, assisting with partner activations and theme nights, managing game day schedules, and assembling swag bags.
- Oversee partner deliverables, document proof of performance, and provide photographer assistance when required.
- Help manage inventory, fulfill internal requests, and provide general departmental support on game days.
- Request and organize proof of performance photos and videos from in-arena activations, broadcasts, and Grizzlies social media channels.
- Assist the Manager on Duty with game day flow sheets and team assignments.
- Help manage inventory and maintain the proper organization of Partnership Marketing storage areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Seasonal role expected to run from October 2026 through April 2027, with potential extension through June 2027 based on business needs
- Must be available to work a varied schedule of evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to work all Grizzlies home games throughout the season
