Vodafone is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams, support effective delivery, nurture agile mindsets, and optimise team performance. You'll work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to manage sprint iterations, mitigate risks, and coordinate delivery across large-scale environments as we build a more connected, inclusive and sustainable world.
What You'll Do
- Support the Product Owner in developing appropriately sized user stories, aligning priorities, and planning sprint iterations.
- Coach team members on Agile methods and associated technical practices, including CI/CD, TDD and BDD.
- Track and manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across the team.
- Monitor and report on progress, team capacity, and delivery status.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuously monitor and improve agile processes and practices.
- Promote learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Coordinate with other delivery teams, stakeholders, and partners to address impediments and manage interdependencies.
What We're Looking For
- Five to twelve years of total relevant experience.
- At least three years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner working with agile teams.
- Experience leading large-scale agile teams using methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD or BDD.
- Certified Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in traditional project management practices such as Prince2 or PMP.
