Red Hat is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Core Platforms Engineering organization, focusing on RHEL Hardware Enablement from our Brno office. You will be responsible for educating and running ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams, collaborating closely with product engineering and other Agile Practitioners to support and advance the organization's Agile Transformation.

What You'll Do

Form and facilitate multiple Scrum Teams, guiding them through the four stages of team development.
Create an environment of co-delivery and shared responsibility across Dev, QE, Docs, UX, and PM organizations.
Work with other Agile Practitioners to help Core Platforms progress in its Agile Transformation.
Provide as needed training and publish supporting documentation.
Identify and help the team understand skills such as relative estimations and continuous improvement.
Focus on respectful adoption of agility by identifying and resolving existing challenges.
Help the team become self-sufficient in the use of Scrum.
Improve channels of communication within and across teams.

What We're Looking For

Agile project management skills evidenced by industry experience or recent certification.
Strong background in Scrum, such as PMI-ACP, PMI-PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, negotiation, and team building.
Sufficient technical background to provide credible leadership with development teams and evaluate complex project risks.
Demonstrated track record of delivering software products to production and coaching teams and programs at varying maturity levels.
Creative approach to problem solving; ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.
Data driven analysis skills for measuring health of strategy-to-delivery.
Experience with Jira.
Familiarity with AI platforms.
