Join Euroclear SA/NV in Krakow as a Scrum Master within the Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division. We design and sustain IT solutions for financial market securities. We need a motivated, hands-on Scrum Master with strong communication skills to guide Agile practices and ensure timely delivery across squads.
What You'll Do
- Coach teams in Agile principles, practices, and metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs with good data quality and realign priorities.
- Identify and support resolving team impediments.
- Facilitate squad ceremonies to support, develop, and improve squad efficiency, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure compliance to the Euroclear way of working within the squad.
- Monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with squad leads and promote team dynamics and psychological safety.
- Actively participate in the Scrum Master community.
What We're Looking For
- More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated servant-leadership mindset to deliver value effectively.
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Change management and facilitation experience.
- Establishes collaborative relationships that promote transparency, trust, and team cohesion.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or agile coach.
- PSM1 or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of tools like TFS, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
- Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry.
- Stakeholder management with effective organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
