What You'll Do
- Coach a development team to achieve its highest performance level.
- Ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed.
- Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions.
- Support development teams creating efficiency in critical projects for DoD ISR missions.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Agile principles.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Agile Scrum Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in technical or program management, Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
- SAFe Certification.

- Compensation range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
