Join cogify ag, a Swiss-based leader in software, IT consulting, and digital transformation. We are looking for a Scrum Master fluent in French to foster an agile mindset, guide teams through Scrum practices, and contribute directly to product quality through manual testing support.

What You'll Do

Act as a servant leader and coach for Scrum team(s), ensuring adherence to agile principles.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Identify and resolve team impediments to maintain steady progress.
Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices across the organization.
Support manual testing activities, including test case execution, defect reporting, and validation of fixes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Hands-on experience with manual testing in software projects.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA processes.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and inspire teams.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in German.
Certification(s) such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master.
