CloudLinux is looking for a Scrum Master to support multiple teams within our ELS (Endless Lifecycle Support) department. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting Agile practices to fit specific team contexts, promoting technical excellence, and guiding teams toward shared goals while maintaining high delivery standards.
What You'll Do
- Mentor product owners and team leaders while actively engaging with the product.
- Collaborate with the designated department, providing hands-on Agile coaching.
- Act as an Agile coach for the entire department, stepping into the Scrum Master role for 3-4 teams.
- Identify and address team needs and challenges, empowering them to embrace continuous improvement.
- Help teams respond to change quickly and adapt to a startup environment and its challenges.
- Support teams in adopting technical excellence and best practices from the Agile perspective.
- Assist in building collaboration between teams and C-level stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting multiple software development teams.
- Strong ability to adapt Agile and Scrum frameworks to fit specific team and product contexts.
- Experience mentoring product owners, team leaders, and facilitating collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skill in identifying team challenges and guiding continuous improvement.
- Ability to foster technical excellence and help teams thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills suited for a remote work setting.
