HRL Laboratories is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Element Solutions program within its CMS Program. In this role, you will facilitate Agile processes and team collaboration for a program based in Washington, DC.
What You'll Do
- Guide and coach the team on Scrum principles and practices to ensure effective delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics.
- Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
- Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and sprint metrics to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
