IRIUM - Spain is looking for a Scrum Master to collaborate with our international banking sector project. In this full-remote role, you will guide and support a multifunctional team, facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking progress, and removing obstacles to ensure the team delivers maximum value.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Support the continuous refinement of the backlog and ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Track the team's progress in relation to sprint goals and maintain transparency of delivery status.
- Remove obstacles and help the team maintain focus on delivering value to the customer.
- Foster a collaborative environment among designers, mobile engineers, backend developers, quality control, and product functions.
- Promote agile best practices, quality discipline, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in software development or mobile application teams.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multifunctional teams and manage delivery dependencies.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced level of English.
