PSG Global Solutions is hiring a Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in applying Agile and Scrum principles to consistently exceed customer expectations
• Support the team in maximizing self-organization to improve performance and accountability
• Help the team navigate and address gaps intentionally left open in Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Evaluate the team's Scrum maturity and provide coaching to advance it at a sustainable pace
• Coordinate and schedule Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Assist in identifying and eliminating obstacles, escalating issues when required
• Track and manage team performance and velocity, driving improvements for better delivery outcomes
• Oversee team capacity and workload, including defect tracking, to maximize throughput
• Prepare for, lead, and document recurring team meetings and key processes
• Foster a culture where team members take ownership instead of passively accepting assignments
• Facilitate constructive discussions and explore alternative strategies for team and individual management
• Coach individuals and resolve interpersonal conflicts constructively
• Create a safe, trust-based environment where issues can be discussed openly without fear
• Maintain a clear focus on team objectives and uphold the true role of a Scrum Master, distinct from business analysis or project management
• Offer constructive feedback on current processes and recommend improvements to Scrum execution
