  • Ensure team execution aligns to defined product objectives and enterprise priorities.
  • Support cross-team coordination and dependency management within and across product areas.
  • Contribute to PI objectives and ensure team work aligns to product and enterprise priorities.
  • Surface risks, scope changes, and delivery impacts in a timely manner to product and technology leadership.
  • Develop and maintain team-level metrics that support predictability, quality, and flow.
  • Provide clear reporting on delivery progress against Planning Interval objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, tools, and governance practices defined within the Product Delivery Model.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned to product strategy.
  • Support estimation, capacity planning, and roadmap execution within the Planning Interval framework.
  • Coach Product Owners and team members on planning, estimation, flow, and outcome-driven delivery.
  • Challenge teams to balance speed, quality, and sustainable execution.
  • Reinforce and model standards defined within the Product Delivery Model.
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and critical path items.
  • Develop lightweight project plans or documentation when required to support enterprise visibility and compliance needs.

  • 5+ years experience in Agile delivery, including 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master in a multi-team or scaled Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated experience improving delivery predictability, managing cross-team dependencies, and influencing stakeholders beyond a single team.

  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Proven ability to drive predictable delivery against PI or quarterly commitments.
  • Experience facilitating cross-team coordination and resolving systemic impediments.
  • Strong ability to influence without formal authority across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and interpreting delivery metrics focused on predictability, flow, and quality.
  • Proficiency with Jira for agile delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present delivery status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, including good presentation and technical documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both technical and business personnel.
  • Constant willingness to learn and embrace change, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
