LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc. was looking for a Scrum Master

LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc. is looking for a Scrum Master to support one or more agile development teams. In this role, you will facilitate collaboration, help remove obstacles, and ensure the teams remain high-performing and autonomous, while also tracking project progress and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Uphold agile values and principles
  • Promote team self-organization and accountability
  • Help resolve impediments and achieve goals
  • Facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders
  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
  • Participate in planning and delivery follow-up
  • Ensure transparency and visibility of progress
  • Act as a change agent in organizational transformation

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with multiple teams in the software sector
  • Strong command of agile practices and real-world application
  • Experience in change management
  • Proficiency with JIRA-Agile
  • Positive, engaging, and collaborative leadership
  • Innovative and improvement-oriented mindset
  • Must be bilingual (French and English) to work with documentation and communicate with partners, clients, suppliers, and colleagues

Nice to Have

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Knowledge of Lean and DevOps
