TetraScience is looking for a Scientific Business Analyst based in either Darmstadt or Düsseldorf, Germany. You will be a strategic partner who bridges scientific insights and technology. Your core mission is to transform complex scientific data into actionable outcomes and develop requirements for sophisticated solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with scientists, product managers, and engineers to transform complex scientific data into actionable outcomes.
- Uncover innovative use cases that drive AI and machine learning applications.
- Engage with scientists and business leaders to maximize the value of scientific data.
- Develop requirements for complex solutions targeted to R&D and Quality personas inside Life Sciences.
- Translate scientific workflows to data-related requirements and understand software implications.
- Regularly work onsite with customers to build deep relationships and drive scientific transformation.
What We're Looking For
- Deep domain knowledge in drug discovery/preclinical development, CMC, or Quality.
- A strategic and analytically minded professional who is software-savvy and data fluent.
- Proven ability to translate scientific workflow to data-related requirements.
- Demonstrated history of deriving maximum value from data through enrichment, analysis, and integration with AI and machine learning.
- You are energized by regularly working onsite with customers.
- You thrive in dynamic, high-impact, face-to-face collaborative environments.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position. You will be based in either Darmstadt, Germany or Düsseldorf, Germany.
