Mindrift is looking for a freelance Energy Engineering & Python Expert to help test, evaluate, and improve AI systems. This project-based role focuses on ensuring AI outputs for leading tech companies are accurate and aligned with professional engineering standards.
What You'll Do
- Design rigorous energy engineering problems that reflect professional practice.
- Evaluate AI solutions for correctness, assumptions, and constraints.
- Validate calculations and simulations using Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Improve AI reasoning to align with industry-standard logic.
- Apply structured scoring criteria to multi-step problems.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Energy Engineering or a related field such as Electrical, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or Electronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of professional energy engineering experience.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation.
- A stable internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications such as PE, CEng, EMP, or CEM.
- Experience working on international or applied energy projects.
