Intuita is looking for Principal & Senior Consultant(s) - Technical Business Analyst (Data) to deliver top-quality project and programme delivery for our clients. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into a technical vision, assessing As-Is data ecosystems, and defining solutions while collaborating closely with engineers and client teams.
What You'll Do
- Disseminate business requirements into technical vision, navigating both systems and processes.
- Assess the As-Is, understand the client need, and define the solutions to meet the vision.
- Work hand in hand with Intuita engineers, architects, visualisation developers as well as client design & development teams.
- Explore data using core SQL skills and present insights back to key stakeholders.
- Capture the detailed as-is data ecosystem for a large-scale organisation, including systems architecture and governance.
- Understand detail to table / column level and decipher maturity and suitability of solutions, assessing risks and opportunities.
- Understand detailed business logic within a data ecosystem and represent it to a wide, less-technical audience.
- Consolidate and translate requirements into high-quality documentation (BRDs, process maps, data dictionaries, etc.).
- Represent the customer needs and articulate the value being delivered through story telling.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s data ecosystem to confidently influence business decisions.
- Use knowledge of tools, systems and technology to refine proposed solutions.
- Provide input into user stories to drive detailed understanding of value creation and business need.
- Assist with prioritisation in line with business criticality and development of product backlogs.
- Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure data assets are actively adopted by end users.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a Data Business Analyst or Data Solution Lead in a highly complex, data-led environment.
- Ability to articulate ideas to both business and technical teams.
- Ability to read and write SQL, understand data models, and explain system behaviours to the business.
- Background in previous data roles within design, development or analysis teams using SQL exploratory skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and driven by delivering quality work, with a great eye for detail.
- High level of curiosity to understand a business and the way in which it operates.
- An exceptional communicator who can make sense of and communicate complex ideas at all levels.
- Ability to quickly understand client context and demonstrate expertise in their business.
- A relationship builder, with the ability to motivate and engage effectively to build trust.

Work Mode
This role follows a hybrid work mode, with locations in Newbury, London (satellite), Liverpool, and Croatia (Šibenik).
