What You'll Do
- Build and refine AI models using Google’s ecosystem, including Vertex AI, Contact Center AI, and Document AI
- Translate business and user requirements into technical implementations through close collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Perform data cleaning, feature development, and model training to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Deploy machine learning models into live environments and establish monitoring to ensure reliability
- Write high-quality, well-documented code that supports long-term maintenance and scalability
- Keep pace with advancements in AI technologies and assess their applicability to current projects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with Google AI platforms such as Vertex AI, CCAI, and DocAI
- Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment
- Ability to work across technical and functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI development and best practices in model management
