Responsibilities
- Support school-wide special education initiatives
- Collaborate with staff and students to enhance academic and behavioral outcomes and improve the learning environment
- Lead the school by developing high-performing teams, managing work and personnel, and inspiring others to embrace the school's vision
- Promote student success through an instructional program focused on continuous improvement in teaching and learning
- Establish and maintain a student-centered school environment with high academic expectations, a personal approach, care, discipline, and order
- Encourage professional growth and effectively supervise teachers and staff to boost student learning and academic achievement
- Consult with students, parents, and staff to address issues and resolve problems

- Schedule: 7:30am-3:00pm CT, Monday-Friday, following a school calendar
- Direct Hire with our school: Return school year after school year (no annual contract)
