Position Overview
As a Saw Operator, you'll be responsible for operating power saws to precisely cut, slot, and trim wood components used in pallet construction. Your work directly supports the efficient production of durable pallets, requiring consistent attention to detail and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial saws to shape and size wood materials according to specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Maintain clear communication with plant supervisors and team members
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and positioning throughout your shift
- Work scheduled hours and overtime as operations demand
Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be physically capable of handling the demands of the role. This includes regularly lifting 50-pound pallets and occasionally handling loads up to 75 pounds. You must be able to stand, bend, pivot, and move throughout your shift, which may vary in length.
Required vision includes close-up, distance, and color recognition. Work is performed in varying conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and airborne particles. Wearing eye and ear protection, as well as safety footwear, is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Background in lumber, construction, carpentry, or warehouse operations
- Demonstrated hand-eye coordination and focus on quality
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic

Work Schedule & Location
This is an onsite position located at 3200 Como Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
