HRL Laboratories is looking for a Saviynt Platform Support Manager to lead platform support operations. You will be responsible for managing the health and performance of our Saviynt identity governance platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage and ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Saviynt platform.
- Lead a support function to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Oversaw operational processes and documentation for the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams on integration and deployment support.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and supporting the Saviynt identity governance platform.
- Strong background in platform operations, support, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lead operational processes and manage platform health.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Candidates can work remotely within the US or from our office in El Segundo, CA.
