Henry Schein One LLC is hiring an SAT Dispatcher to play a key role in our service delivery operations. You will be responsible for managing inbound service requests and coordinating technical support resources to meet customer needs efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests to appropriate technical personnel.
- Monitor and track the status of dispatched service calls to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate clearly with customers and field technicians regarding scheduling and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with team members to manage workload and optimize response times.

- Proven experience in a dispatch, service coordination, or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
