Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an SAP VIM / OpenText Consultant for a 6-month contract role focused on its S4 HANA Accounts Payable system. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the global Vendor Invoice Management design, aligning with SAP best practices and organizational standards.
What You'll Do
- Ensure and protect the integrity of the global VIM design, aligning with SAP best practices and organizational standards.
- Author Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for template improvements and process enhancements.
- Validate cluster scope and local requirements against the existing global template, ensuring compliance and standardization.
- Prepare Finished Goods (F/G) materials to support rollout, training, and stakeholder understanding.
- Drive and lead F/G sessions with regional/cluster teams, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and implementation alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Solid knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Accounts Payable (AP) module.
- Proven experience with OpenText integration and configuration.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
