BytePitch is looking for a HR Specialist to join our Operations Team on a temporary basis to cover a colleague's maternity leave. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and manage key administrative and organizational processes.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the full recruitment process for roles across the company, ensuring hires align with business needs and culture.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop candidate attraction and selection strategies.
- Prepare contracts, addendums, and other legal documents.
- Support monthly payroll by collecting and organizing information and completing related administrative tasks.
- Execute administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Verify, manage, and maintain accurate employee records to ensure data integrity and support compliance.
- Handle communication with external providers like insurance companies and occupational health services.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with workplace medicine requirements.
- Provide support in organizing business trips.
- Manage assets procurement and management.
- Support administrative tasks related to office operations.
- Prepare mandatory information to comply with legal requirements.
- Create and follow processes to fulfill responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar HR functions.
- Experience working in remote environments.
- Previous experience with recruitment processes and administrative HR tasks.
- Experience using recruitment tools and job boards.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Legal and regulatory awareness.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a high level of autonomy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work and experiment with different tools and methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the IT field.
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, and Jira.
