Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across diverse industries
- Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC solutions
- Configure and optimise Employee Central modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off
- Collaborate with clients to define and document HR processes and system requirements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
- Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
