p78 is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect to join our team. This role blends in-house development with consulting on leading international integration projects of varying complexity within the SuccessFactors environment for a diverse range of clients.

What You'll Do

Work on leading (inter-)national integration projects of varying complexity within the SuccessFactors environment.
Use technical expertise to identify customer requirements and ensure the integration of cloud solutions into diverse existing customer systems.
Oversee integration and interface development during the implementation of SuccessFactors.
Deepen knowledge in relevant cloud systems and latest technologies through an individual development plan and internal & external training.

What We're Looking For

Substantial professional experience in designing HR system landscapes and IT architectures.
Strong customer orientation and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful project phases.
Good communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and value collegiality.
No issues working on-site at the client for a few days per month within consulting projects.
Good English language skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, BTP, and ABAP (OO).
