Join a forward-thinking organization as an SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Business Analyst, where you'll play a key role in shaping and refining end-to-end order-to-cash workflows within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. You will lead the design and configuration of Sales & Distribution processes, while closely integrating with Material Management (MM) and Finance (FI) functions to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure SD, MM, and FI processes in SAP S/4 HANA to support scalable business operations.
- Analyze and optimize the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and system capabilities.
- Manage master data for customers, materials, and pricing, translating business needs into system configurations.
- Develop pricing procedures, condition records, and integration points with accounts receivable in FI.
- Assess current SAP configurations and recommend cost-effective improvements in SD, MM, and FI areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system gaps and define functional specifications for enhancements.
- Support ongoing system stability by troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Deliver training and documentation for new features and lead User Acceptance Testing for implemented changes.
- Maintain comprehensive business process documentation across key functional areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of hands-on SAP SD experience with strong working knowledge of MM and FI modules.
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations such as Salesforce or eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Credit Management is required.
- Experience with SAP Digital Payments or third-party credit card systems is a plus.
