i-PRO is looking for an SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Business Analyst to assess our business processes and manage the deployment of SAP solutions. You'll leverage your deep understanding of SAP SD and related Finance (FI) processes to improve operations and work closely with management on integration within our entrepreneurial, value-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Configure and design Sales & Distribution (SD) and relevant Material Management (MM) and Finance (FI) processes in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Evaluate and configure the end-to-end order-to-cash business process.
- Manage SAP master data, including the maintenance of customer, material, and pricing requests.
- Determine and implement optimal SAP configurations in SD and relevant MM/FI areas to enhance business processes.
- Configure pricing procedures, condition records, and integration points to accounts receivables in FI.
- Evaluate current S/4 HANA configuration capabilities and recommend cost-effective enhancements.
- Modify existing configurations and add new configurations to the SAP S/4 HANA platform.
- Work with end users to identify business gaps and prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Provide constant support and resolve issues in the S/4 HANA system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide end users with training and documentation for new changes or enhancements.
- Create and maintain Business Process Documents for SD and relevant MM and FI areas.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions with the end-user team for all new changes and enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience working in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with knowledge of Material Management (MM) and Finance (FI).
- Experience with any third-party systems integrated into SAP S/4 HANA, such as Salesforce or eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with SAP Credit Management.
- Experience with multiple end-to-end SAP implementations, with at least one SAP S/4 HANA end-to-end implementation.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with a third-party credit card system and SAP Digital Payments.
