Resolve Tech Solutions, LLC (RTS) is hiring an SAP Sales Director to drive new business growth, deepen executive-level account engagement, and expand our SAP services portfolio. You will lead SAP-focused pursuits across key offerings and industries.
What You'll Do
- Drive net-new revenue with a focus on SAP services, AI-enabled transformation, and strategic staffing.
- Build, qualify, and manage a healthy pipeline; deliver accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships within targeted enterprise accounts across healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, CPG, financial services, and related industries.
- Partner with SAP account executives to execute structured co-sell motions and develop joint account strategies.
- Lead discovery, value positioning, proposal development, and deal negotiations for S/4 upgrades, AMS, BTP, analytics, and AI-centric offerings.
- Expand existing accounts through new scopes of work, renewals, and multi-tower cross-sell.
- Coordinate closely with RTS delivery, solution architecture, staffing, and leadership teams to ensure deal quality and client satisfaction.
- Represent RTS at industry events, SAP ecosystem forums, and regional executive networking groups to increase brand visibility and generate new opportunities.
- Contribute to the refinement of RTS’s SAP AI-centric GTM strategy, including messaging, competitive positioning, and partner alignment.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in SAP professional services, digital transformation, or adjacent IT consulting fields.
- Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing complex SAP services deals ($500k–$3M+).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and articulate business value.
- Experience working within the SAP partner ecosystem and executing co-sell motions.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA transformation, managed services, BTP, cloud, and AI-driven modernization concepts.
- Self-starter with strong territory planning, pipeline creation, and hunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
