H.B. Fuller is looking for an SAP RTR FICO Finance Analyst to take primary responsibility for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the SAP S4 HANA system within the Finance and Controlling modules. In this role, you will design efficient business processes and document requirements for solutions developed by our IT teams.
What You'll Do
- Maintain, develop, and support existing SAP FI/CO solutions and provide functional support services.
- Translate business requirements into system functionality by collaborating with SAP Functional and Technical team members.
- Conduct business meetings to address integration opportunities and improve or implement new business processes.
- Interface between Finance teams, Global Finance Shared Services, and other COE members to ensure SAP applications support business needs.
- Peer review work by internal team members and external consultants, suggesting best practices aligned with the global template.
- Research, recommend, and configure new solutions and technologies to meet business requirements.
- Effectively support SAP S4 HANA Private Cloud modules including Controlling, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Credit Management, Banking, and Fixed Assets.
- Work with business Subject Matter Experts to ensure the system meets business needs in a standardized fashion.
- Assist with SAP Upgrades and Rollouts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
