StartSteps Digital Education GmbH is hiring a part-time trainer specialized in SAP ABAP Development. This role is central to our SAP People to Work | 6 Month - Talent Accelerator + Language program, which is designed to upskill and integrate new talent into the SAP ecosystem, utilizing an education voucher.
What You'll Do
- Deliver structured training sessions on SAP ABAP Development principles and practices.
- Create and tailor course materials to meet the needs of accelerator program participants.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to learners as they build foundational ABAP skills.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to align training with overall accelerator goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise and hands-on professional experience in SAP ABAP Development.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to a learning audience.
- Experience in a teaching, mentoring, or training capacity.
- Excellent organizational skills for part-time, remote work.
