Agile Actors is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant to contribute to the implementation, support, and improvement of SAP HCM modules. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to deliver effective, user-friendly HR solutions and ensure smooth system operation in a people-centered culture focused on growth.
What You'll Do
- Support configuration and enhancements of SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM, PY, PT).
- Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
- Work on incidents, service requests, and minor change requests.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support end users and key users with documentation and training.
- Participate in testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements in HR and IT.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience working with SAP HCM.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in at least one SAP HCM module (PA, OM, PY, or PT).
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
