About the Role

The role involves managing the SAP FTM module to support product lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP First to Market module within the enterprise resource planning system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
• Ensure system functionality supports business processes for new product introductions
• Coordinate with IT and business units during implementation and upgrades
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Manage backlog and prioritize development tasks
• Support integration between SAP and other enterprise systems
• Drive user acceptance testing and validation of new features
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date system knowledge
• Act as primary point of contact for FTM-related inquiries
• Facilitate training sessions for end users and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data governance and system security policies
• Work with global teams to align on best practices and standards
• Track key performance indicators related to product launch efficiency
• Support root cause analysis for system issues
• Participate in change management processes
• Stay updated on SAP product roadmap and new functionalities
• Evaluate third-party tools or enhancements for integration potential
• Contribute to long-term product strategy within the SAP ecosystem
