About the Role
The role involves managing the SAP FTM module to support product lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP First to Market module within the enterprise resource planning system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Ensure system functionality supports business processes for new product introductions
- Coordinate with IT and business units during implementation and upgrades
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Manage backlog and prioritize development tasks
- Support integration between SAP and other enterprise systems
- Drive user acceptance testing and validation of new features
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date system knowledge
- Act as primary point of contact for FTM-related inquiries
- Facilitate training sessions for end users and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data governance and system security policies
- Work with global teams to align on best practices and standards
- Track key performance indicators related to product launch efficiency
- Support root cause analysis for system issues
- Participate in change management processes
- Stay updated on SAP product roadmap and new functionalities
- Evaluate third-party tools or enhancements for integration potential
- Contribute to long-term product strategy within the SAP ecosystem
