Atria is hiring a Founding Growth Product Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the growth strategy of a new product by identifying scalable levers, designing experiments, and driving execution across engineering and design teams to accelerate user adoption and long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of growth-focused product features
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for user acquisition and activation
  • Design and run experiments to validate growth hypotheses
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship quickly
  • Use data to inform decisions and prioritize roadmap items
  • Define and track key growth metrics across the user journey
  • Optimize conversion funnels from sign-up to long-term engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
  • Build scalable onboarding experiences
  • Iterate on product messaging and positioning based on user feedback
  • Conduct user research to understand behavior and pain points
  • Translate insights into actionable product improvements
  • Manage A/B tests and multivariate experiments
  • Develop dashboards to monitor performance trends
  • Refine pricing and packaging strategies to improve conversion
  • Evaluate new channels for user growth
  • Partner with data science to model user behavior
  • Drive retention through targeted feature rollouts
  • Own the roadmap for growth-related initiatives
  • Communicate progress and results to stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Led growth at a Series A or earlier startup
  • Scaled a product to thousands of active users
  • Built growth features from zero to launch
  • Experience in AI-driven or technical products
  • Background in computer science or related field
