Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams during business analysis activities
- Examine, improve, and document user and system requirements
- Engage in communication with clients and internal parties
- Lead workshops and facilitate decision-making processes
- Conduct software testing, deliver user training, respond to advanced support queries, and manage documentation
- Take part in project management tasks and reporting efforts
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in computer science, a scientific field, or economics
- Demonstrates motivation, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a focus on results
- Professional experience in requirement engineering, software testing, technical support, or software development
- Fluent in German at C1 level or higher

- Familiarity with UML, XML/XSD, SQL, usability principles, and accessibility standards is advantageous
