Mercury is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Ledger

About the Role

Lead the product strategy and execution for the Ledger product, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Ledger product.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch and beyond.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and customer needs.
  • Ensure products meet business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability.
  • Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure product adherence to regulations.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and specifications.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.

  • Ensure products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
