About the Role
Lead the product strategy and execution for the Ledger product, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Ledger product.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch and beyond.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and customer needs.
- Ensure products meet business objectives and customer requirements.
- Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve product usability.
- Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure product adherence to regulations.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and specifications.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.
- Ensure products are scalable and maintainable.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to address customer issues and feedback.
- Participate in product demos and presentations to stakeholders and customers.
- Work with the finance team to manage product budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure products are secure and protect customer data.
- Collaborate with the support team to address customer issues and feedback.
- Ensure products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
