Inventive Food Technology is looking for a Sanitation Washroom Associate responsible for dismantling and cleaning equipment, parts, and facility areas according to established procedures. The role is a key part of maintaining our cGMP and quality environment.
What You'll Do
- Dismantle machines and clean all parts via CPS, Hobart washer, or by hand.
- Clean washing machines, floors, and walls of the washroom.
- Wash and dry machine parts, barrels, plastic/metal pallets, and IBC’s, organizing extra parts.
- Place cleaned parts in designated locations or on carts.
- Assist Facilities Sanitation with building and production room cleaning as needed.
- Maintain the schedule of daily and weekly sanitation and cleaning tasks.
- Perform and complete designated room cleans per standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate the use of approved cleaning agents per established procedures.
- Carefully handle and wash parts varying in size and weight.
- Maintain, sanitize, and clean workspaces including gowning area, lunchrooms, back hallways, stairways, restrooms, lab, and hand washing stations.
- Check and correct any conditions which are not conducive to a safe, clean workplace. Report any safety problems immediately.
- Complete documentation as assigned.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and communicate needs to supervisor.
- Move and/or stack bins and buckets.
- May be assigned duties as a packaging line operator on an as-needed basis.
- Successfully pass all job-related tests and certifications required for a cGMP environment and re-qualify every year.

- 2-4 years of similar work experience.
- Hand truck and/or Zamboni experience.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $36,000-$45,000 annually.
