Kellanova is hiring a Sanitarian Head to be a key technical owner within our Quality, Food Safety, and Operations teams. You will lead and continuously enhance prerequisite programs in alignment with our QFS Master Plan, driving standardization and performance through strong cross-functional partnership.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Sanitation, Pest Control, and Foreign Material Control programs.
- Own internal audits, site inspections, and regulatory readiness, ensuring robust corrective actions and sustained compliance.
- Develop and deliver advanced training programs for operations, sanitation, and housekeeping teams.
- Define, monitor, and drive KPIs while ensuring effective budget planning and execution.
- Lead root cause analysis for FSIs and consumer complaints, implementing preventive actions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience managing sanitation, pest control, or foreign material programs in regulated environments.
Nice to Have
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Data-driven problem solver with a preventive risk focus.
- Experience with Advanced Excel and digital tools for performance management.
- Proven experience developing effective training content.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
