REWE Group is looking for a Salesperson to join a market team in Hamm, Germany. You will play a key role in the beverage department, providing excellent service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Our markets focus on supporting the local economy by marketing regional products.
What You'll Do
- Provide competent advice and interact with customers in a friendly manner.
- Execute product presentation and implement sales promotion measures.
- Conduct inventory control and ensure correct price labeling of goods.
- Perform continuous freshness checks and keep the departments clean.
- Process checkout procedures correctly and handle cash register accounting.
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm for retail and enjoyment of working with people.
- Strong service orientation, customer focus, and a sense of responsibility.
Nice to Have
- A commercial apprenticeship, preferably in food retail, or initial professional experience in the food sector.
- Very good product knowledge in the food sector.
- A pronounced awareness of freshness and quality.
