Act as a technical advisor to customers, leading the design and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce platform. Work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver robust, scalable systems using native Salesforce capabilities and AI-powered configuration tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with customers to identify business goals, technical limitations, and key success metrics
- Define technical scope, architecture, and implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions
- Design and build custom solutions including data models, automation workflows, security frameworks, and extensions
- Perform hands-on configuration and development using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Apex, and Lightning components, alongside proprietary platforms
- Serve as the main technical contact for customers, providing guidance and consultation throughout project lifecycles
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and technical requirements
- Work closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs inform product development
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in solution design and delivery with direct hands-on work in Salesforce environments
- Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles requiring collaboration and advisory skills
- Solid grasp of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, automation, and security frameworks
- Direct experience configuring and developing within Salesforce using declarative and programmatic tools
- Ability to assess project scope, estimate effort, and manage concurrent engagements
- Strong communication skills with a focus on translating technical details for non-technical audiences
