Sweep is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers. You will own the solution design process from discovery through delivery, leading technical scoping, architecture decisions, and hands-on implementation for Salesforce-based solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Own technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation plans for Salesforce-based solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions including data models, automation, security models, and custom functionality.
- Provide hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools like Flows, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Serve as the primary technical and consultative point of contact for customers throughout the engagement.
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and technical complexity.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of solution design and delivery experience, including hands-on Salesforce work.
- Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development.
- Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple parallel engagements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
