GoodLeap is seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our Business Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for focusing on Salesforce solutions to support our business processes.

What You'll Do

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document system needs.
Design and configure Salesforce features to meet business objectives.
Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience analyzing business processes and designing Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates may be located in Roseville, CA (HQ); San Mateo, CA; San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Plano, TX; Lehi, UT; or anywhere within the United States.
