About the Role
This role involves partnering with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, ensuring customers understand how solutions meet their operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives to identify customer requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to enterprise use cases
- Translate technical capabilities into business benefits for stakeholders
- Support RFP responses with accurate technical details
- Assist in proof-of-concept deployments
- Diagnose and resolve technical obstacles during sales cycles
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations
- Work with prospects to define success metrics
- Develop custom solution designs for complex environments
- Coordinate with support and implementation teams during handoff
- Present at industry events and customer summits
- Track technical engagement metrics in CRM
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are addressed
- Advocate for customer needs internally
