DaCodes is looking for a Senior Salesforce Loyalty Management Specialist to join our team of nearly 300 DaCoders. As a high-impact software and digital transformation firm, you'll play a key role in optimizing and expanding Salesforce Loyalty Management for diverse clients across LATAM and the United States. This position requires a focus on a standard-first approach, emphasizing business impact and scalability in a high-volume transactional retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Optimize and expand the use of Salesforce Loyalty Management under a standard-first approach.
- Reduce unnecessary customizations and ensure efficient integration with POS systems and Data Cloud.
- Design standard-first solutions and argue technical decisions based on best practices.
- Work on advanced configuration, functional architecture, and integration design over the standard Loyalty model.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management in a production environment.
- Practical mastery of: Transaction Journal, Processing Rules, Global Promotions, and Standard Loyalty Architecture.
- Experience integrating transactional sources like POS or ecommerce systems via API.
- Experience collaborating on integration with middleware platforms.
- Proven experience using Data Cloud for segmentation or promotion activation.
- A consistent ability to design standard-first solutions and constructively argue technical decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or other high-volume transactional environments.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, particularly Journey Builder and segment-triggered campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of data architecture or collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Salesforce certifications in Loyalty, Data Cloud, or the Platform.
