Cognizant is hiring a Salesforce Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and management within the Salesforce Platform ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Salesforce engineering teams.
- Architect, design, and oversee development on the Salesforce platform.
- Drive integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Establish and enforce development standards, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps principles.
- Mentor team members and foster professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
- 5-8+ years in a leadership or management role within the Salesforce Platform ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components/LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and APIs.
- Strong skills in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration with other systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Install packages).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have managed Salesforce teams.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
