Technitask is hiring a Salesforce Developer/Programmer Analyst to drive development, documentation, and cybersecurity compliance within our enterprise environment. You will be responsible for building new functionalities, resolving bugs, and conducting knowledge transfer.
What You'll Do
- Update documentation and WIKI pages detailing system architecture, software applications, database configurations, code, and functionality changes.
- Update DevOps tasks for new implementations, updates, and upgrades.
- Develop new functionalities, enhancements, upgrades, and changes to systems and software applications.
- Resolve reported bugs.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and coaching sessions, including providing training materials.
- Create detailed incident reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Create and update cybersecurity documentation and artifacts for Authority to Operate (ATO) certification.
What We're Looking For
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the last 15 years in application analysis, design, construction, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the last 15 years designing applications in an Enterprise-class technical environment of 250+ users.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the last 15 years analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
- Experience working with the Canadian Public Sector within the past 5 years.
- Experience working in at least two of the specified Salesforce technologies within the past 5 years.
- Experience working in at least one of the specified Cloud technologies.
- Experience working in Agile Methodology.
