Insider is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Onboarding team, focusing on developing and enhancing the systems that enable our customers to get started. This role is based remotely from Istanbul, Turkiye.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software for the customer onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor other engineers and help improve team processes.
