Backblaze is looking for a Salesforce Developer to design and implement end-to-end solutions, integrating Salesforce with our in-house platform and infrastructure. In this role, you'll implement and maintain customizations and integrations to support our growth and align our Salesforce system with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, test, and deploy CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Work with business partners to understand processes and requirements.
- Perform hands-on development on the Salesforce platform, enhancing custom objects, developing VisualForce pages and APEX classes, defining flows, and using SOQL.
- Manage SFDC configurations and customizations.
- Participate in design reviews and peer code reviews.
- Understand the build and deployment process and be a go-to person for troubleshooting live issues.
- Follow SDLC processes for development, testing, and deployment.
- Work collaboratively in a global setting and be eager to learn new technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of overall software development experience.
- 3+ years of development experience as a Java Developer.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Apex and Visualforce development experience along with administration skills, including implementing integrations and backend flows, and extensive experience with leads, accounts, opportunities, custom objects, and reports.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce to 3rd parties integration applications.
- A deep understanding of the declarative options available via native Salesforce functionality and tools like Rollup helper to reduce dependency on Apex.
- Experience supporting SaaS/Web Services products.
- General knowledge of business systems and processes.

- Experience with Hubspot.
