Responsibilities
- Create tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily using OmniStudio and Flex Pages.
- Apply Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce specifically for OmniStudio and Flex Pages development.
- Design and build Flex Pages, Lightning Web Components, and other OmniStudio components to improve user experience and streamline business processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box features, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages.
- Implement and maintain advanced OmniStudio functionalities, such as dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation.
- Develop and customize Velocity templates to produce personalized content and communications within Salesforce.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and other team members to ensure smooth integration of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions with existing Salesforce environments.
- Keep up to date with the latest features and best practices for OmniStudio and Flex Pages development in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide training and support to end-users on using and maintaining OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions.
- Continuously optimize and improve OmniStudio and Flex Pages implementations to align with evolving business needs and objectives.
