Responsibilities
- Design and sustain tailored Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow tools.
- Provide technical support across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Revenue Cloud, and CRM platforms.
- Favor low-code or no-code development approaches, reserving custom coding for essential cases.
- Create essential workflows, custom objects, and adaptive fields to track asset and CRM data.
- Build seamless integrations connecting Salesforce with core enterprise systems such as ERP, ITSM, telephony, and data warehouses.
- Guarantee integrations and custom features are high-performing, scalable, and easy to maintain.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows using automation and artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Work closely with Embedded Admins to diagnose and fix system issues.
- Coordinate with Data and IT Operations teams on system architecture, data access, and reporting needs.
- Support documentation, change control processes, and adherence to technical best practices.
