POSITION SPECIFICS Pennsylvania State University seeks a proficient Salesforce Analyst/Administrator for the Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management (ECRM) program team. This role is critical in implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with institutional strategic objectives and community relationship management. RESPONSIBILITIES - Evaluate and maintain ECRM systems; bridge technical teams and business stakeholders - Collaborate to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify solution improvements - Define project parameters, modify CRM systems to meet organizational needs - Develop comprehensive testing strategies and quality assurance protocols - Manage vendor interactions for product optimization - Deliver user training, demonstrations, and ongoing system support - Create detailed documentation of processes and system architectures - Monitor Salesforce developments and facilitate smooth technological transitions QUALIFICATIONS - Advanced Salesforce platform expertise - Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities - Business analysis experience - Data interpretation and reporting proficiency - Proactive problem-solving approach - Strong organizational skills - Collaborative team-oriented mindset MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent education-experience combination No specific certifications required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Higher education/CRM implementation background - Salesforce certifications or willingness to pursue LOCATION Flexible work arrangement: fully remote within US, on-campus, or hybrid Eastern time zone standard working hours BACKGROUND CHECKS Successful completion of university policy background screenings required Work authorization in United States mandatory.
