We are seeking a meticulous and anticipatory Accounts Payable Specialist to bolster our client's financial operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring prompt and precise invoice processing, managing financial transactions, and maintaining robust vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities - Validate and process vendor invoices and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency - Develop and execute payment strategies through various methods including bank transfers and checks - Administer accounts payable documentation and reconcile financial statements - Engage with finance team members to address and resolve payment discrepancies - Contribute to comprehensive month-end and year-end financial reporting - Provide supplementary support for miscellaneous finance-related assignments Requirements - Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable or comparable financial/accounting positions - Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures - Technical proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Excel - Exceptional precision and organizational capabilities - Capacity to operate autonomously and communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors - Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and confidentiality when managing sensitive financial information - Advanced written and verbal communication skills, facilitating cross-team collaboration - Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with Philippine time to support US-based clients Benefits - Food Allowance - Government Benefits - 13th Month pay - Work Equipment - Night Differential if applicable (10% of hourly rate) - 20 Leaves (after 6 months) - Holiday pay (200% on Regular holidays; 130% on Special holidays) - Overtime pay (max of 10.25 hrs/day) - Referral bonus (P10,000 if referral passed and stayed with the company for 3 months) - HMO (after 6 months) #li-remote
