  • Keep comprehensive documentation, operational guides, and configuration standards to ensure long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Act as the primary expert on federal Salesforce usage, offering guidance on best practices and collaborating with security, compliance, and IT teams on data handling matters.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to handle Controlled Unclassified Information within a FedRAMP-compliant Salesforce environment.
  • Strong capabilities in managing data quality, imports, and deduplication processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, small-team setting.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Government Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and FedRAMP-authorized systems.
  • Knowledge of federal compliance standards such as FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and ITAR/CUI as they relate to CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting federal or public-sector sales teams, including deal desk or revenue operations workflows.
