Responsibilities
- Configure and expand Salesforce functionality to align with sales, marketing, and customer success workflows, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation logic, and automated processes.
- Develop and manage flows, process automation tools, and system integrations to minimize manual effort and ensure data integrity as the platform scales.
- Manage setup and maintenance of CPQ and commission systems, including pricing, quoting, and compensation logic.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide leadership with insights into sales pipeline status, team performance, and forecasting reliability.
- Enforce data quality at scale through validation rules, data cleanup procedures, and deduplication protocols to ensure system accuracy and trustworthiness
